Ross Creek Youth Council The Ross Creek Youth Council is a group of young volunteers who give their time to advise our staff and represent Ross Creek to their peers and to the public. Gaining experience and skills, the youth council also become integral to our operations. They help to create new programs and are vital volunteers at our community programs.
