Spring programs

Welcome to a fabulous series of arts programs designed to inspire your teen in theatre, music, dance, visual arts, craft, writing, film and architecture. We operate various programs for teens afterschool and on weekends at the centre, each season.

All programs are taught by professional artists who are wonderful educators, and they are designed to ensure your child has a fabulous time while developing new skills and increasing self-awareness and confidence.

We offer guidance and programs for those trying to go on in the arts, with assistance locating scholarships and choosing and getting into the right school. Click here or call 582-3842 to request information about any upcoming programs.

SCORE! Music Program for youth – Deadline February 26
A program for young Annapolis Valley musicians (ages 12-19) who are interested in developing their performance skills and musicianship. Open to youth striving for excellence in all musical genres, this program is meant to supplement pre-existing training or experience, and inspire participants to a higher level of artistry. SCORE! will meet Saturdays at the Ross Creek Centre for a duration of six weeks, starting March 20 from 12-5 PM. Students can expect to develop and gain confidence in their own constructive feedback skills, especially with regards to musicality and stage presence. Students will benefit from access to mentorship from musicians performing at Ross Creek throughout the six weeks, and from the surrounding community.
