Thanks to the generosity of private wine collectors and lovers of Ross Creek,
Jason Roth and Cheryl Steadman-Roth, we are pleased to invite you to an
extraordinary post-prandial evening of the finest wines, glorious views, local
delicacies, and theatre by firelight that will excite the senses and enrich one’s spirit.
Your host for the evening will be Novelist and Playwright, Ami McKay;
regaling you with stories of wine and song in Shakespeare.
THE WINES FOR THE EVENING

Following a champagne reception - Bollinger (Special Cuvee) - NV - in our gallery,
these spectacular wines will be served before and after the fireside play.
Each of the wines for this evening will be paired with simple yet elegant elements
to enhance each of their individual qualities, served by Sommelier Shane Callaghan.
A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM BY FIRELIGHT
Shakespeare’s classic will be at twilight in a wooded clearing; illuminated by fire
and performed by a company of some of Canada’s best performers.

Dress is country refined, with walking shoes and layers for sitting by an outdoor fire
Included in the evening is an auction of three bottles of Château d'Yquem, 1986, 1988, and 1989
Those who purchase tickets, or donate an equivalent amount by July 21
will also have first access to tickets to our fall wine event in Halifax,
