Bring your own digital camera and we’ll spend the day helping you learn all about it so you can take some beautiful photos of family and the world! We’ll event make sure you have a framed print of one of your photos to take home!

Tuesday

Passion Theatre
Every great actor knows that improv is a must-have tool for the stage! This workshop is designed to help actors develop those skills in a fun and fast camp that gets to the heart of live performance.

Wednesday

Sculptor’s Studio
This is a one day amazing course on working with found objects and more to create incredible structures. Turn junk into treasure through your eyes and hands and tell a story through sculpture!

Story circle
If you’re a writer, and love to create stories, this is the place for you. Exploring the style of myths and legends, we’ll  help you create your own original short story!

Thursday

Painter’s Palette
Take your painting to a whole new level with this focus on creating an acrylic painting on canvas. In one day, you’ll go from concept to study to painting!

Friday

Beautiful Books
In this one day class, you’ll create your own journal with a one-of-a-kind cover for your own thoughts, to share with friends, or to give away – we’ll even give you some ideas of what you can put inside it!

Rockets and Robots
Science and science fiction meet in this great day where you learn how to create your own robots and rockets.You can mix design and engineering in the coolest of camps.

All Day Camps are $65 each or $295 for all 5 days of fun.

Arts Bus
The Arts Bus runs during March Break and will travel throughout the Valley to make it easier for parents to get their children to Ross Creek. There are only 14 seats, so first come first served. Bus service is an additional $10 a day, regardless of whether taken both ways.  It is supported by O’Regan’s and  Clean Nova Scotia and The Ecology Action Centre. Bus fills fast, so please call to check on bus availability.

Bursaries and Scholarships

We are pleased to offer full and half bursaries and scholarships for students who need financial aid. Bursary applications require letters of reference, so please apply early. Bursary decisions are made by a committee and are based on need and merit. We regret that we cannot give full bursaries to all students, but try to assist as many children and families as we can  through the generosity of corporations, businesses, individuals and some schools. Bursary applications for March Break are available by clicking here. The deadline for submissions is December  1.
