We are looking for someone who can help to run school, community, and artist programs at Ross Creek, who loves engaging the public and has humour, intelligence and a positive spark. Great organizational and computer skills essential, own transportation necessary and masters degree in arts ideal. Must be interested in facilitating the creativity in others! A second position potentially for the same qualifications, but under 30 years old as a one year internship. Please send a resume, cover letter and three references with Programming Position in the title to email@example.com. Deadline March 30th, but hiring potentially before that. Community-Art-Programmer Job Description
Summer Camp Counsellors.
Have the summer of a lifetime. Ideally looking for art, music, theatre, dance or other arts students in postsecondary. Please email Mr. Roxy Peterson at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out all you need to apply.
Come and create magic in the kitchens of Ross Creek. Serving artists from around the world, kids from down the road and our theatre audiences, the centre’s chef is a primary ingredient in our success. We are looking for someone who is able to work with garden and grocer, and can work with an established menu for camps and innovate for artists. You must be able to accommodate allergies and other dietary religious restrictions. Position runs from March 5 to October 1, with an option to extend. Centre Chef Application 2012 (PDF). Centre Chef Application 2012 (WORD).
We need someone who will understand what the Ross Creek Centre for the Arts is, loves the idea of making a productive and beautiful garden and feeding people from it, likes cooking (for the fall) and wants to learn to pickle, preserve, freeze, etc. Caveat: they have to have been on EI/Maternity/paternity sometime in the past three years, have the ability to work full time at the centre and have their own transportation. CLICK HERE FOR ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS. OK if they aren’t experts at gardening if they are looking for a new potential path and want to learn. Physically demanding, exciting, and rewarding. Interested people can email resumes to email@example.com
